This bill represents critical reform. The people mandated in Article 4, Section 38 of the NV Const. an “appropriate method of supply for authorized patients”. Study after study show medical benefits of cannabis. It is time to put science & neighborly compassion ahead of fear & social conservatism. Passage will bring relief to thousands of Nevadans suffering from a plethora of illnesses. 75% of Nevadans support this issue. The only political downside is for those who oppose this bill.
